How can we hire you?

Hiring us for a project is pretty straightforward, contact us with services you need and we would get back to you with the best solutions available tailored as per your need.

Do we need to hire you on a basis of a monthly or an annual contract?

No!, you don’t need to hire us on a basis of monthly or an annual contract. Digitave works on Pay Per Project model, that means you can hire us on per project basis.

Will you provide support to me or my clients whenever needed?

Yes! we could provide support in numerous possible ways, to know details please contact us.

Is there a Project Manager to supervise the resources?

Once the resources are on-board, each client is assigned a Project Management executive and is provided free of charge for communication. The project coordinator acts as a single point of contact for regular communication and query resolution.

Do you provide dedicated resource?

No, currently Digitave doesn’t provides full time dedicated resource.

Is there an option of replacement in case of dissatisfaction with any resources?

Yes, if a client is dissatisfied with a particular resource for a specified period of time then Digitave ensures free and timely replacement.

What is the reporting process of the work done? Do I get access to a project management software and timesheet reports.

Digitave ensures that each client gets timesheet reports along with complete access of the project management tool and this could be achieveed just by logging into our Online CRM.

How can I make payments to Digitave?

You can pay your bills using PayPal, Wire Transfer or through our online payment gateway.
